4. Orders and Payment

Return Process

To initiate a return:

3. Carefully repackage the item using original packaging materials and include all documentation

Refunds

For approved returns:

• Refunds process within 3-5 business days after return approval
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable
• Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless due to our error
